To use our services, you must read and comply with these "Terms of Service." Please be sure to read carefully and fully understand the content of each clause, especially those that exempt or limit liability. You are not authorized to use our services unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement. Your use of the service is deemed as your having read and agreed to be bound by this agreement.
1. Service Content
1.1 Tranlis is a one-stop multi-modal translation and content enhancement platform dedicated to providing users with efficient and intelligent translation solutions.
1.2 Our services support the translation of various forms of content, including:
- Text Translation: Supports users in directly entering text for translation.
- Document Translation: Supports users in uploading documents in various formats (e.g., PDF, doc, xlsx, txt) for translation while retaining the original layout.
- Image Translation: Supports users in uploading images (e.g., png, JPEG) for translation.
- Audio/Video Translation: Supports users in uploading audio (e.g., MP3, wav) and video (e.g., mp4, mov) files for translation.
1.3 Through the fusion of advanced AI models and a proprietary smart engine, we support over 160 languages, aiming to empower users in jejich global content production and localization delivery.
2. User Code of Conduct
2.1 The user agrees to be solely responsible for all content they upload, input, and process through this service.
2.2 When using this service, users shall not create, copy, publish, or disseminate the following content:
- Content that violates national laws and regulations;
- Content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, trade secrets, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of others;
- Content containing viruses, Trojan horses, malicious code, or other elements that endanger network security;
- Content that includes any harassing, defamatory, intimidating, obscene, violent, or offensive information;
- Any other content that violates laws, regulations, policies, public order, or social morality.
2.3 Users shall not use this service to engage in any activities that compromise computer network security, nor shall they reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble this software, or otherwise attempt to discover its source code.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 The ownership and intellectual property rights of the service itself (including but not limited to the software, technology, trademarks, logos, and interface design) belong to us.
3.2 The user guarantees that they own the legal and complete intellectual property rights to the content they upload or input, or have obtained full authorization from the relevant rights holders.
3.3 By using the service, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive, worldwide license to perform necessary processing on your submitted content solely for the purpose of providing you with translation services. We will not use your content for any purpose other than providing the service. You always retain ownership of your original content and the translation results.
4. Privacy and Data Security
4.1 We respect and protect the personal privacy of all users of our service.
4.2 We will adopt industry-standard security technologies and procedures to protect your content from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
4.3 We commit not to publicly disclose or provide your content to third parties, except in the following cases:
- As required by laws and regulations, or by administrative or judicial authorities;
- As necessary to provide, maintain, and improve our services.
5. Disclaimer
5.1 This service provides automated translation based on AI models. Although we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the absolute correctness and applicability of all translation results. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from reliance on the translation results of this service.
5.2 Users should independently assess the accuracy of translation results. For use in important, formal, or professional fields (such as legal contracts, medical documents, etc.), it is recommended to seek professional human translation for proofreading.
5.3 We are not responsible for service interruptions or losses caused by force majeure or reasons beyond our control (such as hacker attacks, system failures, communication line interruptions, etc.).
6. Service Modification, Interruption, and Termination
6.1 We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, interrupt, or terminate part or all of the service at any time according to business needs, without being liable to the user or any third party.
6.2 If a user violates the provisions of these Terms of Service, we have the right to interrupt or terminate the service to that user at any time without incurring any liability.
7. Amendment of Terms
7.1 We have the right to amend these terms from time to time as needed. After the terms are amended, we will notify users by posting an announcement in an appropriate location on our webpage.
7.2 If you do not agree to the amendments we have made to these terms, you have the right to stop using the service. If you continue to use the service, you are deemed to have accepted the amendments we have made to these terms.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (for the mainland region only).
8.2 Should any dispute or controversy arise between you and us, it should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the competent people's court in our locality for litigation.
